We were excited when unboxing the product, but it wasn't so intuitive right out of the gate. The on-board interface isn't as intuitive as I would've liked. It took a bit of patience and practice to get the hang of things. The instruction manual could use a lot of improvement and more diagrams because I have trouble reading when I have a new toy. A quick-start video intro would've been more my speed. When you get the compartment temps properly dialed in, it actually does a fantastic job. The days of picking up dry ice before a road trip are a thing of the past. However, the compressor consumes an awful lot of space and is the bulk of the overall weight, but it's a compact portable refrigerator/freezer. We weren't able to test the remote app because it had trouble recognizing the fridge. The Google Play Store reviews didn't give me high expectations. No inconvenience. More space on my phone.

Bodega fridges have not failed me yet. This is my 2nd fridge I've gotten from them and so far so good. Wasnt going to get another one but I wanted one that could be self contained without using an external power source. Fridge got up to temp faster than I thought it would. Haven't taken it out on a trip yet since it's been so cold but so far I already know it won't be as cumbersome not having to carry my jackery out to power it. Works just as good as the "higher end" fridges out there and it doesnt break the bank. Connection to the app seems a little faster as well. For the price of these units you can get multiples and not feel bad for longer camping trips. Can't wait to take it out and try it on its first journey. The cutting board is a big plus, one less thing to pack since it's already there.

This is a great fridge. The fridge keeps the food and drinks absolutely cold. I purchased it for camping. I just charged the battery up, loaded the fridge full of food and drinks, put it in the back of my car, I can go anywhere I like. No more trips to the store for ice, keep my food and drink always good. Also unlike other coolers where you have to leave room for ice. I find I am able to fit more into this fridge since ice isn’t needed. So far very happy with this fridge. Don’t wait on this and buy it now, you won’t regret it.

I have the larger model but it is too big for a day trip. This is the perfect size for the backseat of the truck for a daytrip or picnic. The battery lasts quite a while in this model, much longer than my bigger cooler.
