My Fridge arrived damaged. Broken around compressor and will not cool. We are unable to use the Fridge. Customer service has been terrible. It has been over a week and still no resolution besides them offering 10% back and to send the exterior part. The Fridge IS NOT WORKING!!

Gets cold fast and stays cold

I absolutely love this thing. I work on the road a lot and to save myself money and stay healthier I take my own food. This thing is not little, it is a monster. I can’t have it full of food and take it in and out of my van by myself. I use it but do wish I had a smaller one with a freezer, maybe that will be a Christmas present to myself.

The product works perfectly and their customer service was incredible. I did what the instructions suggest, to just let it sit, without moving for 6 hours, then plug it in. I did that and both sides started cooling immediately. And it wasn't that long before my fridge was down to 33 F and my freezer side was down to 5 F. Super quiet...I know because I have it sitting by my head in my bedroom where I'm sleeping on an air mattress right by the fridge. Once it got to temp, it's been perfectly holding it for 3 days (while still plugged in of course). Their responses have always been about 24 hours later (time zone issue) but they have been super nice, clear, and helpful.

Went cross country with the new cooler refrigerator and it worked as described in the vehicle and in the hotel room.
