1. Shipping Fee

• We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all orders around mainland US.
• All orders will be shipped out from US warehouses.
• Some products can be shipped to Germany, Italy and the UK.
• Germany and Italy have an additional $35 shipping charge and a shipping time of 8-15 business days.
• The UK has an additional $60 shipping charge and shipping time is 8-15 business days.

2. Order Processing

• Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
• Each order requires 1 business days for processing.
• Usually, it takes approximately 4-7 business days for express shipping depending on different countries, areas and shipping carriers.
• Please be aware that we have no control over the shipping process. 
• Please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Address

• Please verify your shipping address during checkout, We do not accept PO/APO/FPO addresses. We are not responsible for any invalid or undeliverable address.
• For security purposes, we're unable to redirect the package once it has been shipped.

4. Order Confirmation

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
• Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
