No customer service, no phone numbers to speak with anyone.

Using this in my camper shell, with a 100W panel on the roof, and a deep cycle marine/auto battery dedicated to only this device. On clear days, especially sunny days, the panel and battery can keep cold drinks indefinitely. If there is one wet day, especially in the winter when the sun is at lower inclination, it seems like the setup struggles. On these days, my battery level indicator is often pegged at empty. Still, when I open the cooler, the drinks are at least chilly, if not downright cold. Construction seems solid. I'm glad I didn't go with anything bigger as a full-time cooler for my truck. It holds about 14 cans. The shape of the interior is somewhat strange dimensions, as it doesn't permit an ordinary geometric array of cans in any orientation, so you more or less just have to 'jam 'em in there'. The display is easy enough to use, but for me flashes "F1" sometimes, which is an error code for low battery.

I recieved it today and ran some tests and it passed . It went to -2F in under 30 minutes. It froze a 2x6 circular tray of water within an hour. I will update as I use it but it seems pretty good so far.

I needed a mini fridge with a compressor on it. This does a nice job. I've had it for a while and it still works. There's an app that controls the temperature - it's superfluous, but it certainly doesn't take away from it.
I use it as a fridge, haven't had to freeze anything in it, but I'm confident it will work as an effective freezer.

Still working after 3 weeks. low battery power consumption, I will keep using it. Using ECO mode and still able to make Ice in few hours.
