1. Return & Exchange Period

Order Cancellation

  • Customers can request an order cancellation within 24 hours after placing an order by email or phone with the bodegacooler official store. 
  • If the product has already been shipped, a double shipping fee be deducted from the refund.
  • Please note that a 2% transaction fee may be charged based on the payment channels after the product has been shipped.
  • If a customer purchases a quantity that exceeds our available inventory, or purchases over 10+ pieces without contacting us in advance, we reserve the right to unconditionally cancel the orders.

Lost / Damaged Products Received

  • If the product was not delivered or lost, please immediately contact us.
  • If the product you received was damaged, or if you receive an incorrect or incomplete product, please immediately contact us with proof of videos and/or pictures.

Within 30 Business Days

You may return items purchased on www.bodegacooler.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If the 30-day return window has passed, and your product is still under warranty, please contact us for warranty service.

Note: Within 30 days of the purchase, if you are unsatisfied with your products without quality issues, you have the authorization to refund after return the items complete, unused and in the original package.

  • If 30 days have passed since the purchase, full refund cannot be offered.
  • You are responsible for the double shipping cost.

2. Terms And Conditions of Return & Refund

Product Eligibility

  • Only the appliance that have been purchased directly from www.bodegacooler.com, Bodega Cooler cannot accept returns of Bodega cooler branded appliances purchased from other retailers or re-sellers. (if you bought the appliance from Amazon or Walmart, please contact its service)
  • The purchased appliance must be in brand-new condition with original packaging and accessories. 
  • If the original packaging is missing, the return will not be accepted.
  • Used or installed products are not eligible for return.

Products NOT Eligible for Returns or Exchanges

Non-Returnable Products

  • Products that have been altered or modified in any way.
  • Items not in brand-new, resalable condition.
  • Returns without a valid order number.
  • Products not returned in their original box and packaging materials.

Damaged Product

While we take great care in packaging your order, sometimes damage can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, follow these quick steps so we can make things right:

  • Visible Box Damage: If the box looks damaged when it arrives, please snap a few clear photos, refuse the delivery, and ask the driver to note the damage on the Bill of Lading or Freight Bill.
  • No Box Damage, but Product Issue: Inspect your item right away after opening. If you notice any damage to the product itself, take clear photos and reach out to us ASAP.
  • Contact Us: Email our Customer Experience Team at info@bodegacooler.com with the Your Order Number, A brief description of the issue, Photos of the damage.

3. Terms And Conditions of Exchange

You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. After that window, unfortunately, we’re unable to process any requests.

🔁 What Qualifies for an Exchange?

  • Items must be unused and uninstalled

  • Must be in original packaging (including box and/or pallet)

  • Items that have been used or installed are not eligible

📦 Fees to Note:
A restocking fee and shipping fee will apply to all exchanges. Restocking fees may vary by brand — please refer to the brand-specific details above.

4. How To Return An Item?

  • To return the appliance to Bodega Cooler, Email info@bodegacooler.com
  • requesting an RA (Return Authorization). Please include your Order ID Number and the reason for your return/exchange. All returns require an authorization, which is issued only by email.
  • If the appliance meets our Return & Exchange Policies, we would give you our shipping address to return, please ship the appliance back within 7 days, after receive our refund confirmation email (usually within 24-48 hours).
  • Please email us the tracking number after shipping back.
  • We’ll contact you back after we're receiving the appliance. Your refund will be processed in 3~7 business days.

Note:

1. When you request for refund or exchange, please email us first.
These content should be included in your email:

  • Order number
  • Reason why Return or Exchange
  • Photos or video to show the appliance is original or non-human damage.
  • Once we received your email, we will get back to you within 24 hours.

2. Please ensure that the appliance you're returning or exchanging is repackaged with all the accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.
3. If you’re exchanging for non-human factors, we’ll send a replacement within 7 days.

5. Shipping fees

  • If the appliance is returned due to non-human factors (defective or damage), the shipping fees need to be paid advanced by the customer. Please provide the shipping fee invoice for returning, and we will return the product cost to your original account and shipping fees to your PayPal account.
  • If the appliance is returned due to other reason, you are responsible for the double shipping cost.

Note: We don't accept freight collect.

6. Refund

  • If the item is returned in brand-new condition with all packaging intact due to non-human factors (defective or damage), we will return the product cost and shipping fees to your original payment account;
  • Once we receive your returning item, a refund takes up to 7 business days to be credited back to the original payment method.
  • If you do not receive a refund after 7 business days, please directly contact us via www.bodegacooler.com with your order number and payment method, once we received your email, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
