I bought this for getting groceries, I used it one time. I unplugged it because I wasn’t going to use it again for a while and when I plugged it in to get cool it didn’t start I had no power to it al all. I called customer service and after a couple back and forth they told me the problem was a module and they didn’t have one in stock they had to get it from China and it would be approximately 30 would I wait and would I install the module. I told them yes I need the cooler. They then wrote back and said they are out of stock in their warehouse and it would be another 15 days for a total of a 1 1/2 months. I’ve been with out a working cooler since December because that’s when I went to use it again. Anyway I told them I spent good money on this and I wanted a working cooler. I don’t think I should have to wait a 1 1/2 to have a working cooler I think they shout replaced it. It’s very frustrating to say the least. I will update has soon has this mess is straightened out. Update customer service has taken care of the problem by shipping a new cooler. I am very happy with the outcome and highly recommend based on the customer service experience.

I bought this refrigerator to supplement the 6 cu/ft gas/electric in my camping trailer. It will be replacing a couple of Coleman coolers. This unit is massive with at lease 30% more capacity than my largest Coleman. Not having to use freezer packs gives me even more storage. I've been running it now for about a week. My only negatives about it are the compressor can be a little loud but only seems to run for about 5 min every 20-30 min which is tolerable. The other negative is the temperature setting. I'm currently using it in all refrigerator mode to store canned drinks. Drinks in my house refrigerator are about 34-36 degrees F. To get that temperature with the Bodega you have to set the temperature to 22-24 degrees F. I check the temperature of the cans with one of those laser temperature guns.
