Works great on the boat, I leave it plugged in all the time

We were so thrilled when we could order a new power supply for our cooler. We ordered it, it never arrived. We called and were told it would arrive soon. It never arrived. We filed a complaint with our credit card and were refunded the cost. Customer service is very poor.

The power cord did fine , but apparently the fused receptacle in the Tww75 was also bad and damaged the new plug. I now need a power cord but the Fused receptacle… please contact me regarding ordering these two parts at [****] or [****]
