This ran my cpap resmed air sense 10 over 8 hours during a power outage with power to spare, with humidifier and heated tube going. I was very pleased as this was exactly why I bought it.

I bought this battery back up several months back after major power outages affected our area for 5-9 nights straight. Since I was able to charge it each day at work during that time, I waited until taking it camping recently to see how long a full charge would last while using it with my CPAP each night. It turned out to keep a charge the whole time and had very little drain. We were gone three days (two overnight uses) and it was only down one bar after 8 hours of use each night! I was very impressed! And this is even leaving the heat on for my tube and water (forgot to turn it off). It's easy to use and has ports for car chargers and Type C chargers. It comes with adaptors for different CPAPs. Unfortunately, I lost mine before going camping. Since it doesn't have an AC plug I just used an inverter that I use in my Jeep to plug the CPAP into and then the car charger part into the battery bank. Then it worked perfectly!I took one star away for the 'traveling' category because this one isn't airline-approved so you can't take it on a plane and because it's pretty heavy. I'll be getting one just for that that is lighter and approved but I needed the battery stamina of this one for tent camping. The airline-approved ones don't last as long.

Reliable

I had one goal: find a reliable battery backup for my Resmed Aircurve 10 VPAP machine when primitive camping. We usually go for only 2 nights. Mission accomplished. With humidifier and heater off, I got 18 hours (2 nights) with 2 bars left. Everything else that the machine offers is nice, but reliability and depending for my VPAP are all that matter.

The manual should be entered into a contest for worst tech writer product, ever.
True story, bro. Neoprene case - completely worthless.

For me, none of that matters - only battery life. Love the rugged build and rubberized case. Handle is well designed and makes carrying it a breeze.

Plan to buy a solar panel for a 4 day trip coming up, and also use the other features, such as wireless charging, but for right now - great price, great build, great performance.

Totally happy with my purchase. Would absolutely recommend to a friend.
