I would like to start off by giving recognition to the employees with Bodega they have been so helpful with troubleshooting and offering suggestions with detailed instructions all through email which is hard to do. Another huge thing is how proper the product works it gets cold fast and is very efficient once cold the temps get nice and low too to ensure a good freeze it has helped so much with keeping food stocked off grid at my home!

I purchased this refrigerator in 2022 for my camper build. It has performed flawlessly till just recently, when I noticed the voltage had dropped to 2 volts, and one temperature reading was at 88, the other at 2, and both zones were at freezing temperatures. I emailed Bodega, which responded quickly and asked me to send a video of the problem, the order, and the product number. They were very quick in responding to my problem and told me I needed a new control panel, and offered me the part for just the cost of shipping. I am very happy with their service department and will recommend them to my fellow Vanners.
Amazing refrigerator for camping! I plug it into my truck for the ride up, everything cools and freezes quickly then switch to solar when I setup camp and it stays cold the whole time!
