I received my bodega cooler 6 months ago and it has stopped working. It either doesn’t cool at all or goes in the negative and freezes everything. I’ve tried the factory reset and it still didn’t help. I’ve tried emailing and have not gotten a response.

I am very pleased with my 28 bottle dual zone Cooler. the item was purchased through Home Depot Online. It was packed very well. Set up was easy. It sure keeps an accurate, steady temperature. I am not sure if i have to do anything to register the warranty, I will just keep all of my purchase info close at hand and hope that it is never needed.

I couldn’t connect my T50 to my phone even when I switched my router from 5hrz to 2.4hrz is there any way to reset to the cooler because even when I push “+” and “-” it’s not beeping , is there anyway to update the firmware if not please you guys need to put another update for android users so it will connect easier.

My frig,stops cooling,I pull the fuse put it back in and turn power button off then back on,fridge starts working but only for a short time 5 or 6 hours then stops working again . I received the replacement TWW-75 retractable cooler handle; but, it is for a different cooler it does not fit the TWW-75 cooler it is for a larger cooler. Please send at your earliest convenience the correct replacement handle.
